Nic-In Systems®
The patented Nic-In Systems have been developed to allow most tissue cultures to be planted in the nursery by automatic transplanters.
Reduced contamination
Lid design with a raised section to help avoid touching the lip of the lid, which could be is a source of contaminants.
Improved efficiency
The Nic-In Systems allows automated planting giving more even growth, faster growth and lower plant losses.
Greater protection
The Nic-In Systems give the tissue cultures greater protection during transport.
Consistent quantities
Nic-In Systems® will eliminate the uncertainty of the exact quantity of plants in each container. If every cell has a plant in it, there are 49 plants. The current system of random planting leads to discrepancies and inevitable credit requests from suppliers.
Gamma irradiation sterilization
Conveniently pre-sterilized vessels for less cleaning and more cultivating.
Automated transplanting
Replace high labour cost of manual transplanting with automated planting and reduce these costs by as much as 60-80%.
Nic-In Jungle Juice® and AutoGel®
- Nic-In Jungle Juice® is an inoculum with a defined formulation of beneficial bacteria and fungi, which is extremely effective at stopping fungal infections on the agar in soil plugs.
- Nic-In AutoGel® is a special agar developed to improve elasticity and strength of the gel to help with tissue culture transplanting.
